Pure juice from elderberries

Our Elderberry juice consists of carefully selected black elderberries from the best growing areas and are processed in our own press house into an aromatic juice of the highest quality. During juicing, the selected berries are pressed only once. This produces a truly pure juice with all the fullness of its natural ingredients.

Our pure elderberry juice contains 100% elderberries that have only been pressed once. Since we hardly remove any natural cloudy substances from the juice during the juice production, the naturally occurring secondary plant substances of the elderberries remain largely contained. To preserve the secondary plant substances as much as possible, we use a special filling technique. The heat effect on the product and the oxygen input into the product are kept as low as possible. This is how we at Rabenhorst guarantee the genuine natural taste of our pure juice from first pressings.

Advice and tips for the consumption of our elderberry juice

We recommend a daily portion of 150 ml. Depending on your preference, enjoy the juice undiluted or as a spritzer. You can also use our juice to make elderberry jelly, fruity spreads, delicious smoothies and sauces.

Shake well and consume within 5 days after opening. Keep refrigerated after opening.
