COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula promotes disinfection by removing and killing a broad range of bacteria and microorganisms on your lenses to help protect your eyes against infection.

COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula removes protein and debris to thoroughly clean your lenses.

LENS CARE DIRECTIONS

RINSE FOR LENS-WEARING COMFORT

When you insert your lenses:

Wash your hands with soap and water and dry with a lint-free towel prior to handling your lenses.

Prior to reapplying lenses, RINSE each side of the lens for 5 seconds with fresh COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula to remove any debris on the lens.

RUB, RINSE AND SOAK FOR EFFECTIVE DISINFECTION

When you remove your lenses:

Wash your hands with soap and water and dry with a lint-free towel prior to handling your lenses.

Place 3 drops or more of COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula on one side of the lens surface.

RUB your lens gently from the center to the edges for at least 10 seconds (never rub in a circular motion, because it may tear the lens and not clean the outer edge surface).

After rubbing for at least 10 seconds, turn the lens over and repeat step 3.

RINSE each side of the lens for 5 seconds with fresh COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula. Place lenses in clean COMPLETE® lens case and fill with COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula. Close COMPLETE® lens case tightly.

SOAK – Allow lenses to soak for a minimum of six (6) hours for disinfection, cleaning and protein removal.

EXTRA CLEANING AND COMFORT

Based on your unique tear chemistry and lens replacement schedule, your doctor may recommend additional care procedures. This may be particularly important if lenses are kept longer than 90 days. Always rinse your lens case with COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula and allow to dry.

LENS STORAGE

You may leave your lenses in the unopened COMPLETE® lens case containing COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula for up to 30 days. Your lenses must be cleaned and disinfected with fresh solution every 30 days and prior to lens wear.

PROTEIN REMOVAL FROM YOUR CONTACT LENSES

COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula removes protein while your lenses are soaking in the COMPLETE® lens case. Daily use of COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® eliminates the need for a separate enzymatic cleaner for many lens wearers—consult your eye care professional.

DESCRIPTION

COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula is a sterile, isotonic, buffered solution, preserved with polyhexamethylene biguanide (0.0001%), a phosphate buffer, poloxamer 237, edentate disodium, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and purified water. COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® contains no chlorhexidine or thimerosal.

ACTIONS

COMPLETE® Multi-Purpose Solution EASY RUB® Formula has been formulated for multi-purpose use with soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses. This solution cleans, loosens and removes accumulations of film, protein, other deposits and debris from soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses. It destroys harmful microorganisms on the surface of the lenses and also rinses and stores the lenses.
